How do I reach you?

You can reach Cam and me regarding your order at orders@abigailep.com, we work really hard to be on top of our emails and will answer you between 9 am-5 pm CST Monday-Saturday.

How do I pickup my order if I selected local pickup?

Our local pickup hours are M-Th from 11am – 1pm. If this doesn’t work for you, email orders@abigailep.com and we can work something out!

What is your return policy?

Due to the small nature of our business and the limited edition runs, all sales are final.

Can I make changes to my order?

No changes can be made once your order is placed. Please double check your cart before checking out!

How do I cancel my order?

Again, because our business is so small and because we only make limited edition items, we do not offer order cancellations. Please make sure you want this item before purchasing.

I accidentally put the wrong address :0

Unfortunately, we cannot take responsibility for the address given to us. Please review your address before you check out and in your confirmation email. If you notice it is incorrect in your confirmation email, please contact us immediately, as the only way to fix it is if we are notified before it gets sent out. We do our best to ship within 1-3 days of your order.

Lost or stolen package?

A.K.A. the worst thing to happen ever. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for what happens to the mail when it leaves our door. If you believe your package is missing or stolen, please contact your local USPS for the following steps. All your tracking information will be in your confirmation and shipping emails. RIP I hope this never happens to you, it is genuinely the worst.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship. We do our best to get all the packaging done as soon as we can, but a sweet little soft reminder that it’s just Cam and I in our basement. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that some orders must be packaged separately and you may receive two tracking numbers.

My item is damaged ):

All damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item. Please email us with a photo attached. If this is an item of clothing, it must be unworn. If you contact us with a damaged item past the 7 days, we cannot offer you a refund

Size inclusivity?

We are always trying to expand our sizing to make sure that anyone who wants Abigail E. P. merch can get Abigail E. P. merch. While not everything is available in all the sizes we want, we do our best to match extended sizing as closely to the generic sizing we have. Sometimes we have to get different styles or blanks for the extended sizing, but I’d rather have that than nothing. We are always trying to be better and offer more inclusive sizes with every launch and we are thankful for your patience as we grow.

What kind of payment do you take?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. We can not change the payment method once the order has been placed.
